INCORPORATION OF
CHUGACH PARK ACCESS COALITION, INC.

Chugach Park Access Coalition, Inc. ("CPAC") was incorporated under the non-profit corporation laws of the State of Alaska on April 3, 2003. The stated purposes for which CPAC was formed are "... to provide public education, research, advocacy, coordination and support, including those activities ... that relate to politics, legislation, administrative proceedings, and litigation, regarding the planning, designation, acquisition reservation, assertion, protection and defense of existing and future public access routes through non-state-owned lands to the state-owned public lands of Chugach State Park, Alaska, ....."
