1. Update from Diana on Mt. Baldy. - research on whether denial of rezone can be considered a "taking" - I don't know if Adrian has contacted Tom Meacham about this as he said he would but apparently that is what MOA attorneys are telling the Assembly folks.  In essence, that the rezone in the Mt. Baldy area should not be denied.

2. Recent newspaper interviews: Daily News and Eagle River Star

3. Access point mapping.  Continue adding info.  Set realistic deadline.

4. Plan for reviewing emails from the municipal e-Lert system. Up to 20 community councils may involve access to CSP.  Discuss how to monitor.

5. Treasurer’s report.  Received $800 from ACF.  Open new account for new grant money?
