2. Access point mapping.  Status of on-line tool. Continue adding info.

3. Title 21 input –Module 3.  Review final revisions.  Comments due 1/17.

4. Treasurer’s report.  Status of opening a second account to handle grant money. Articles of incorp., tax ID#.

5. Website. 

·        Need backup for checking email.  Up to 20 community councils may involve access to CSP.  Discuss how to monitor.

·        Decision to NOT post meeting minutes, but post agendas instead.

·        Park Advisory Board Meeting on Trailhead Issues

Chugach State Park Citizens Advisory Board to hold special meeting January 18th 2005. The meeting will be held in the Atwood Building; 550 W 7th Ave.; Suite 240; from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Chugach State Park Citizens Advisory Board wants to hear from the public about management of the Park's trailheads. The Board has received a variety of suggestions from Park users including use of year-round caretakers at major trailheads such as in the Glen Alps/ Flattop Area, closing major trailheads from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, increased security by APD and security lighting. The Board is interested in the response of Park users and neighbors to these proposals, and suggestions for other ways to best manage the trailheads.
